Correctly install and use the winch

1) The installation position of the electric hoist should be slightly away from the lifting center, and the electric hoist should be installed in a flat, open, and obstacle free area in front.

2) By adjusting the position of the guide pulley, the traction wire rope is horizontally wound into the drum from the bottom of the drum.

3) It is strictly prohibited to use the winch under overload. In major lifting operations, a force gauge should be installed on the traction rope to quantitatively detect its tension value.

4) When testing the lifting of heavy equipment, special attention should be paid to checking the force and stability of the electric winch, the tension value of the traction rope, and the current value of the motor.

5) Before use, carefully inspect the mechanical device and electrical system of the electric winch. The fixing of the electric winch should be reliable, and overturning and movement should be strictly prevented. Generally, anchor points such as ground anchors, workshop column foundations, and heavy objects are used as anchoring points. The fixed ropes used to bind the winch base should be led out from both sides to prevent the base from moving under stress.

6) The distance between the guide pulley and the axis of the drum should be greater than 25 times the length of the drum to ensure that the deviation angle is less than 2 °, so that the steel wire ropes wound on the drum can be arranged in order and not entangled.
