Requirements for safe use of electric hoists during operation

Electric hoists are driven by electricity, and they need to be connected to wires before use. What are the requirements for electric hoists in order to ensure the safe completion of lifting operations.

Newly installed or disassembled electric hoists should undergo several empty vehicle test runs. Before installation is complete, do not turn on the power for testing.

During the use of electric hoists, it is absolutely prohibited to use them in environments that are not allowed, or in situations where the rated load and rated closing times per hour (120 times) are exceeded.

It is not allowed to press two manual switch buttons at the same time that cause the electric hoist to move in opposite directions. The electric hoist should be operated by a dedicated person, and the operator should fully understand the safety operating procedures. It is strictly prohibited to pull or hang it diagonally.

After the work is completed, the main switch of the power supply must be opened to cut off the power. When the electric hoist is not working, it is not allowed to hang heavy objects in the air to prevent permanent deformation of the components.

After using the electric hoist, it should be parked in a designated safe place.
