Daily inspection of slow winch

Slow speed winches are frequently used in construction, bridge construction, mining and other places. In order to ensure safe operations, inspections need to be carried out before operation. What are the specific inspection items.

1. Whether the circuit breakers, fuses, switches, and sockets of the distribution box and switch box match the power of the lifting motor, whether the grounding method (device) meets the temporary power design requirements of the construction site, whether the three-phase motor current is balanced, and whether the current deviation of each phase meets the regulations;

2. After the installation of the slow winch, it is necessary to pass the no-load test and load operation test. Whether it is an empty load test or a load test, any part of the vehicle body needs to ensure smooth operation, no shaking, no excessive noise, no significant shaking of the frame, and no noise from the transmission gears. Cannot be replaced regularly, the brake and clutch operate flexibly, and can only be put into use after passing the test;

3. The steel wire rope wound on the drum must meet the specified requirements. The diameter of the steel wire rope is the same as the diameter of the drum. The steel wire rope should be arranged neatly and tightly on the drum (not too tight or too loose), and should not be run or pulled close to the ground. The end of the steel wire rope used for pulling the anchor (windshield) needs to be equipped with a safety rope clamp (safety bend meets the requirements);

4. Whether the installation position of the slow winch is flat, firm, and open, whether it can provide shade and shelter from the sun and rain, whether the body of the slow winch is stable, whether the strength and stiffness of the load bearing frame meet the requirements, and whether the stability of the anchor or hoist foundation is guaranteed;

5. Slow speed winches should be regularly maintained and cleaned. Repairs shall not exceed 300 working hours, and secondary repairs shall not exceed 600 working hours. Shut down and power off during regular maintenance and inspection;

6. Slow speed winch operators need to undergo professional training and exams, hold certificates, be familiar with the structure and performance of lifting machinery, have knowledge of daily use and maintenance, and be able to operate smoothly during the operation process. Overloading is strictly prohibited.
