The importance of I-shaped steel for electric hoists

Electric hoist is a lifting equipment with a compact structure, light weight, small size, and easy and convenient use. It is an indispensable small-scale lifting device for enhancing production efficiency and improving operational standards. Unlike chain hoists, there are multiple ways to fix it, including hooking and placing it on steel beams.

I-beams, also known as I-beams, can be moved by electric hoists after being fixed on them, so that they can move along the I-beams after lifting heavy objects. Generally, the flange plate on the I-shaped steel guide rail is connected to the building facilities with bolts and nuts, and the lower flange is used for the wheels of the electric chain hoist to travel. The specifications of the I-shaped steel guide rails used in each specification of equipment require corresponding categories, which are indicated on the main parameter specification table of the product. I-shaped steel outside the category cannot be used, otherwise the wheels of the equipment will fall off the guide rails and derail, causing problems.
