Kaitaer Explosion-Proof Electric Wire Rope Hoist

Explosion Proof Electric Wire Rope Hoist is a kind of light-small lifting equipment with advantages of tight structure, light weight, small volume, wide common use and convenient operation etc. If reducers with hard gear surface are applied, it will have long life and high mechanical efficiency. Conic rotor brake motors are equipped which has safety limiter in both up and down directions.

This type Explosion proof electric hoists are applied in working places which have explosive gas mixture, which is formed by air and II A, II B, II C-class ,T1-T4 temperature group combustible gas or steam. The working environment temperature is-25°C~40°C, suitable for indoor use. If in outdoor use, it's need to add protective devices.

Application Range:

1.Extensively used in factories, workshops, warehouses and many other occasions to hoist materials directly,

2.Installed on the straight or curve I-steel beam of Single-girder Cranes to lift goods.

3.It can also be used together with Electric Hoist Double-beam, gantry crane and slewing cranes to hoist different items and so on.

Motor:

Motors are equipped which has safety limiter in both up and down directions. And the motor is Conic rotor brake motor,in order to adapt to the frequent direct start in the intermittent work.

Reducer:

Its reducers with hard gear surface and adopt 3 level helical gears to slow down the speed, so it will have long life

and high mechanical efficiency.

Rope Drum & Guide:

1. Welding rope drum, Coil casing made from superior cast iron, high intensity;

2. Rope guide avoids intertwining of wire rope, extend the rope and drum's lifetime;

3. No disturbance between rope socket;

4. Easily interchangeable.

Steel Wire Rope:

1. GB/T 20118-2006(6*37+1) hoisting wire rope;

2. Anti-tensile, good flexibility;

3. Good resistance to impact, long lifetime.
