If the shackle is in any condition, it cannot continue to be used

Shackles are important connecting components in lifting operations, ensuring the flexibility and safety of the lifting operation. Of course, this is also the case when the shackle itself is intact. If there are problems with the shackle itself, it will inevitably bring great safety hazards to the lifting operation. When can the shackle be used?

If there are cracks in any part of the buckle body and pin shaft when observed with the naked eye, they should be immediately scrapped.

When there are cracks in magnetic particle inspection and ultrasonic inspection, they should be immediately scrapped.

When there is obvious deformation of the buckle body and the pin shaft cannot rotate due to deformation, it should be immediately scrapped.

When the wear of any section of the buckle body and pin shaft exceeds 10% of the nominal size, it should be immediately scrapped.

When there is extensive corrosion or rusting of the buckle body and pin shaft, they should be immediately scrapped.

When carrying out lifting operations, if any of the above situations occur with the release buckle, it should be immediately scrapped and should not be used with any luck.
