Verification includes tensile testing and static load testing, and the equipment used is factory testing equipment. For example, electronic hook scales can test the static load tensile strength of electric hoists, and the whole machine breaking testing machine can test the breaking force of electric hoists.
In addition to its load-bearing capacity, the factory also conducted detailed inspections on other components of the climbing electric hoist, such as the sealing performance, insulation performance, hook performance, limiters, and rope guides of the reducer.
