Installation and use of hand chain hoist for air-cooled heat pump

Air cooled heat pump is a type of air conditioning unit in the air conditioning industry that is different from air-cooled chillers. In addition to the function of producing cold water with an air-cooled chiller, an air-cooled heat pump can also switch to heating conditions to produce hot water. Usually, schools, hotels, office buildings, and other places install air-cooled heat pump devices.

The installation of air-cooled heat pumps mainly includes the installation of components such as the main unit, fan coil unit, and water pump. For the installation of fan coil units in air-cooled heat pumps, metal hoses, filters, and shut-off valves are installed in front of the inlet of the fan tray, and metal hoses, electric two-way valves or three-way valves, and shut-off valves are installed at the outlet of the fan tray. Soft connections should be added between the air ducts and the room air supply outlet to reduce vibration and facilitate installation. The installation of the air ducts should be fixed properly, and the spacing between the air ducts should not be too large. During the installation of the air ducts, workers use hand pulled hoists, lifting belts, and other tools to lift and transport the air ducts for easy installation.

During the installation process of air-cooled heat pumps, the chain block and lifting belt play a very important role in accelerating the installation of air ducts, saving manpower and labor, and improving work efficiency.
